HORSE COAT COLORS

The list below shows some of the many horse colors that one might find. Some tend to be a bit more rare or less common and others, well you can see them just about anywhere. I’ve tried to find examples of each coat color listed to give you a visual of each unique color. Finding quality horse photos for each color is not an easy task. I hope to add even more unique colors and photos to the list as we continue building this site. Each of us more than likely has our own personal favorites and certainly there must be at least one or two for every horse lover out there. I’ve always been a huge palomino fan, but over the years I’ve also been drawn to some of the other interesting colors that I never even knew existed years ago….such as the grullo colored horse. What an absolutely beautiful color. I guess when you really think about it, there really isn’t a bad color for a horse. Take a look and enjoy the genuine beauty of these wonderful animals.
